Assessment Services
Safe Crane Services Pty Ltd provide assessment services to owners of cranes and small plant in Perth and Western Australia in accordance with the assessment criteria 0f CraneSafe Australia and the Australian Standards. This allows clients to obtain a Greensticker for their machine and it also fulfills their legal obligation to have their plant inspected annually by an independant competent person. Of the sixteen catagories covered by the CraneSafe Assessment Program, Safe Crane Services are endorsed to assess twelve of them. They are as follows:
- All Terrain Crane
- Articulated Mobile Crane
- Hydraulic Boom Truck Crane
- Hydraulic Boom Crawler Crane
- Lattice Boom Truck Crane
- Lattice Boom Crawler Crane
CraneSafe Assessment Report and Annual Inspection Certificate
Once your machine has met the requirements of the CraneSafe Assessment Program you will be issued a completed CraneSafe Assessment Report. You then post the assessment report (along with the appropriate fee) to CraneSafe Australia who will issue you with a Cranesafe Registration Certificate or Greensticker" for your machine. In addition, an Annual Inspection Certificate will be provided which enables you to comply with your obligation to have you cranes and plant assessed annually by an independant competent person.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
I will conduct pre-purchase inspections on your behalf which is especially useful for interstate clients and managers who do not have the time to travel interstate themselves. You will receive and in-depth report on the state of the machine (complete with digital photos) to help with your decision making.
Please note: This is a mechanical status report only and not a licenced valuation.
Minesite Statutory Inspections
Mine site Statutory Inspections can be arranged by declaring Safe Crane Services' crane inspector an "Appointed Person" by the Mine Manager and inspections can then be carried out on mine sites with the findings entered into the Mine Register.
Post-incident Inspection Reports
If your crane has been involved in an accident or incident then Safe Crane Services can conduct a Post-incident Inspection Report (including load testing) to return your machine it service as soon as possible.

Safe Crane Services Pty Ltd are conveniently located in Jandakot, Perth, Western Australia but are fully prepared to travel anywhere in Australia that inspection services are required. Jandakot is within approximately 30 minutes drive from most of Perth's industrial areas keeping travel times to a minimum.
